Please bring your ticket printed or on your phone with you. We will need to scan the bar-code on entry

Food & Drink
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink (picnic) however we do have it covered with a range of hot / cold food and drink available to purchase from event caterers.
If you do bring your own please refrain from bringing glass items or bottles and place your rubbish in bins provided.
All our staff will be wearing face masks when face to face or interacting with customers.
Face masks for customers are not mandatory for outdoor events.
Event layout
We have updated our events to make them Covid secure and safe for all our customers to enjoy
our outdoor cinema experience.
1. Arrival
Please arrive between 1 hour and 15 minutes before the advertised film start time
If there is a queue at the entrance please join it following social distancing signage or return in a few minutes once the queue has gone
Remember you can not be in a group larger than 6 people!
(including children)
2. Tickets
Once at the entrance our staff will scan your tickets off your phone or printed paper.
If printed please keep hold of your ticket and dispose of it safely.
One of our marshalls will then assist you in finding a suitable seating location in front of the screen in a marked zone.
Please follow the one-way system marked out.


3. Food
On arrival you will be provided with a disposable menu containing a range of goodies available
To order simply text your order to the phone number provided on the menu
When your order is ready you will receive a text.
You can now collect and pay for your food from the collection point.
Please follow the one-way markings and social distancing signage.
4. Film
If you need to leave your spot to use the toilets or collect a food order please follow the one-way system marked out and adhere to 2m social distancing at all times.
Remember you must remain in the social group you arrived in and can not swap between groups
Once the film has finished there will be two exits available. Please take all your belongings and rubbish with you.

Keep any eye on the weather
Our events go ahead in all weather so come prepared.
SUN
Remember your sun-cream, hat, sunglasses or any other items of clothing you may wish to protect your self from the sun / heat
RAIN
Hopefully the British Summer will treat us well but if rain is forecast remember to bring coats and umbrellas.
EVENING SCREENINGS
One of the main benefits of Shine events is being able to screen our films during daylight for a more comfortable experience. However the temperature can still drop suddenly during our evening screenings so please bring a blanket or additional layers for warmth
Small beach shelters for protection from sun & rain are welcome at
all our family friendly events.

Leave at Home
The following items are not allowed at our events.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEARCH ANY BAGS COMING INTO THE EVENT AREA TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS. REFUSAL TO COOPERATE MAY LEAD TO NON-ENTRY WITH NO REFUND PROVIDED

Gazebos & Tents - They are a H&S risk with wind and can restrict peoples view

Glass items including bottles & plates - The grass area is used for other activities

BBQs or fires are not permitted

Weapons / Fireworks / knives - We are stating the obvious here

Pets & Animals - We advise against bringing your furry friend as the cinema will have loud music and sound. However dogs are welcome within the outside area surrounding the barn, but must be kept on a lead at all times.
